Green Boost Shipping Policy

At Green Boost, we're committed to getting your plant-care essentials to you as efficiently and responsibly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via FedEx and UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. We recommend checking your confirmation email for your specific carrier and tracking details.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden — via FedEx and UPS International.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & Australia/New Zealand: 7–14 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations in your country. If your order cannot be fulfilled to your location, we will notify you promptly.
- Green Boost is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.
